We deliver with Swiss Post.

The items can be returned within 30 days, provided the packaging is undamaged. YubiKey products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, as these are products with safety standards.

Orders can be canceled or changed as long as they have not yet been shipped. If canceled before shipment, the full amount, including postage, will be refunded. If an order is canceled after shipment, you can return the goods unopened at your own expense. In this case, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods, but without reimbursement of the postage costs.

We also offer international shipping. Depending on the destination country and customs clearance, the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks. Companies within the EU must provide their EORI number for the customs documents.

If your goods are defective, you have the right to exchange them with us within two years. Please contact our customer support to register a return. Please note that you must bear the costs for the return shipment. The replacement goods will then be sent to you free of charge.

Partial deliveries will only be made if the ordered quantity of goods is not fully in stock. In such a case, you will be informed in advance.

Delivery usually takes place 7 working days after receipt of order or payment. The customer will be informed in the event of delays in delivery.

Shipping abroad is always sent as registered mail. Additional customs clearance fees may apply.

From July 1, 2021, new regulations will apply to shipments from non-EU countries. For consignments up to 22 euros, which are currently still duty-free, taxes will be due in future.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can enter this number on the Swiss Post website at https://www.post.ch/de/empfangen/sendung-verfolgen to track the status of your shipment.

If the goods are in stock, delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 14 working days.
